Murmel Comics # 31

murmel31Hey Look at what we got! Murmel Comics Anthology # 31 is out and we have it hot off the press!  For those of you that don’t know, Murmel Comics is a (usually) quarterly independent comics-zine based here in Vienna. It’s been going strong for nearly a decade, which is pretty long in the world of self-publishing.
Every issue focuses on a specific theme, and the artists are allowed complete creative freedom to make whatever they want. The comic has an open door policy, so everything submitted makes it’s way in the final printed comic. Issue Number 31 focuses on the theme of neighbors.
I’m proud to say that  I’ve been a regular contributor for the last few years, and Murmel Comics is what inspired me to start making my own comic, “Cheetahs Never Win”
I am also proud to say that we carry Murmel Comics at the Motmot shop! Not only do we have the newest issue, we also have a number of back issues, so you can get caught up on anything you missed.
