Motmot ditched the last day of the Bicycle Film Festival which took place in Vienna this weekend. We thought of going on a real bikeride to the end of Donau Island instead, achooooooooo! Nothing against the festival, it was really cool. A movie about the Tour d’Afrique from Kairo to Kapstadt was shown at Urania. At Strandbar Hermann you could see the Rad Rowdies kickin’ ass at the tall bike jousting. In the end Marianne won, congratulations! We showed up with our Motmobil which was fun to take on a spin every once in a while.
Motmot hat es sich kurzfristig anders überlegt und den letzten Tag des Bicycle Film Festivals in Wien gespritzt. Stattdessen sind wir auf eine richtige Radtour zur Ende der Donauinsel gefahren, hhaaattsschhiiii! Nichts gegen das Festival, es war spannend. Ein Film über die Tour d’Afrique, das längste Radrennen der Welt von Kairo nach Kapstatt, wurde gezeigt. An der Strandbar Hermann gab es ein Monsterrad rennen, wo Marianne gegen die Rad Rowdies gewann. Wir waren mit unserem Motmobil am Festival mit dabei. Lustig war’s!
