iYoyo Shooting Star Now in Stock at the Motmot Shop!

The Shooting Star by iYoyo is the newest yoyo from iYoyo, and it raises the bar for what a plastic yoyo can do. Out of the box, it comes with a half spec responsive bearing, and the sturdy plastic construction can take a beating, making it a great option for beginners. Each Shooting Star also ships with a Pixel bearing, which means it can be played unresponsively and that is where the Shooting Star really shines.
The Shooting Star comes in a lot of amazing colors, and the design of the Shooting Star is based on the ever-popular iYoyo Iceberg, which raised the bar on what hybrid (plastic and metal) yoyos were capable of.
Unlike the the Iceberg, the Shooting Star is a full plastic yoyo, but the does share a few things with the Iceberg, the fact that is made from machined plastic, and the iYoyo fingerspin hub.

Because the Shooting Star is machined it is smooth, it’s dead smooth, it is the smoothest plastic yo-yo I’ve ever played! Besides the Iceberg, the Shooting Star evokes a few other notable yoyos, the C3 Speedaholic XX and the SF PLSTC. The frosted finish means that you can do grind tricks like nobody’s business. iYoyo is committed to keeping it available, so there won’t any shortages and it won’t become hard to find, like a lot of other yoyos.
So whether you’re starting out, or getting one for a beginner, you know the Shooting Star won’t burn out!
