If you pay attention to the world of yo-yo eventually you will hear about SF Yo-yos. SF has the hottest yoyo team around, and they have some amazing throws. They tend to be sold out everywhere, but somehow in our humble little fishing village that is Vienna, we’ve got them. But somehow through some careful negotiations, some cajoling, some wheeling and dealing, a bit of gamesmanship, some internet sleuthing, and a bunch of e-mails later, we managed to get some fresh stock of SF Yoyos in the Motmot shop.
We’ve got the SF Cadence ES, which is becoming a personal favorite and plays amazingly well, it’s an amazing throw and goes for the very reasonable price of €50. It’s amazing, and you should get one.
We’ve also got the SF PLSTC, which is a polycarbonate mold injected plastic yoyo, which is also super fun and has an amazing frosted finish, making it able to do some finger grinds, if you're into that kind of thing. It comes with a responsive and unresponsive bearing, which makes it perfect for beginners, and it just looks dang cool. Perfect for winter days, and goes for €23!
Finally, we’ve got the SF Motive, which might be the nicest yoyo I’ve ever played. We had a small number of these, and they sold out of our brick and mortar shop in an instant. And now when I say a small number, I mean a very small number of one left. Get it while you still can, at the entirely premium price of €110. Seriously though, it’s worth it.
